These Hat Pins are to honor our friend, our brother and to some a son....

Born July 9, 1991 and leaving us far too soon November 12, 2009

Mason decided to take his own life that tragic Veteran's Day that lead us into the darkness November 12th will hold in our hearts forever. Both pins will include the Suicide Prevention hotline telephone number so whenever we come across someone who may need or benefit from the phone number we may provide prompt access to the help and services that may very well save their life. Even if we can reach out and just touch one individuals crisis and keep them from taking their own life then this project was a major success.

I'm making these Hat Pins to honor your name, your legacy and to possibly deter someone else from choosing the same exit in life. The heart design was taken from the sticker your sister and mom made up and distributed throughout Salem even all the way to Hawaii. WE ALL LOVE AND MISS YOU MAS.
